We only buy meteorites from people we know or individuals well known in the meteorite community where the provenance of the meteorite is known.
We use PayPal exclusively for the following reasons:
If you placed an order and had problems paying on PayPal please use our Contact Us page to let us know. We will send you an invoice directly from PayPal that will allow you to pay and finish the transaction. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours the order will be deleted.
We ship hundreds of packages worldwide each year and USPS Priority and USPS Priority International shipping methods have been the most reliable for us. Another plus is that Priority shipping provides a tracking number. We do understand that the International rates for USPS Priority are higher than other shipping methods but packages have been lost using those other lower cost shipping methods.
Specimens may be returned to us within 10 business days from receiving for a full refund (less shipping costs). Specimens must be returned in their original condition. Specimens returned 11 through 20 business days days after receiving refunds will be at 80% of their selling amount (less shipping costs). No refunds will be given after 20 business days from receiving your order.
We will be away from Tuesday Oct. 6th thru Saturday Oct. 10th.
All orders placed while we are away will be shipped out on Monday Oct 12th. Thank you!
