We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Any specimen may be returned to us within 10 business days for a full refund (less shipping costs). Specimens must be returned in their original condition. Days 11 through 30 refunds will be at 80% (less shipping costs). No refunds will be given after 30 days.

PAYMENT:
All prices on this website are listed in US Dollars. Payment is by credit card, PayPal account, or check on a US Bank. Credit Card payments are processed through PayPal for your security. When you click the 'Submit Order' button on the 'Place Order' page you will leave our site and be taken to PayPal. All payment data and financial transactions are between you and PayPal. We only receive notice that payment has been made. Your credit card or PayPal information is not provided to us. Therefore we do not have nor are we capable of accessing or storing any of your credit card or PayPal information.

INSURANCE:
Insurance for the total order value must be selected during the 'Shipping and Payment' process of checkout unless the purchaser assumes all liability and risk for any and all damage or loss during shipment of order. The Meteorite Exchange, Inc. will not reimburse customers for lost orders or damaged items and advise you to select the option to insure your order. In no event will The Meteorite Exchange, Inc. be liable for any order lost in transit or damaged during shipment.

ORDERING:
Orders are automatically processed using our shopping cart system with payment through PayPal or check from a US Bank.

SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders normally ship the next business day. When ordering, please view the current 'Store News' section in the lower right hand side of the page in case we are out of town for a few days. Shipping times listed in the 'Shipping and Payment' process of checkout are per the USPS and UPS. The Meteorite Exchange, Inc. is not responsible should shipping be delayed due to any factors affecting carrier delivery schedules.

Domestic Shipping - USPS Priority and UPS are our default shipping methods. Rates are calculated using the USPS and UPS real time rate calculator APIs. Please note: we add a $3.00 handling fee to all UPS shipping methods.

International Shipping - International orders are shipped by 'USPS Priority Mail International Insured'. USPS Priority Mail International takes on average 6 to 10 average business days for delivery to major destinations.
