Mali, Africa Fall July 2007 Chondrite H5 The recovered weight of this meteorite is said to be at least 100 kilos This high metal chondrite was found in Mali near the border with Algeria. This H5 type chondrite has a light grey matrix with a highly visible scattering of small metal grains throughout the stone.
